ARMC is a 593-bed teaching hospital with campuses in Atlantic City and Pomona, New Jersey.
City Campus
- 26 ED beds with 4 trauma/critical care bays, a modified Rapid Evaluation Unit and 6 fast track beds
- 68,500 annual ED visits
- 24 hours of double coverage
- 11 hours of triple coverage
- 17 hours of NP coverage
Mainland Campus
- 28 ED beds, a modified Rapid Evaluation Unit and 4 fast track beds
- 49,000 annual ED visits
- 18 hours of double coverage
- 10 hours of triple coverage
- 12 hours of NP coverage
The EMR system is Cerner First Net, which enables efficient documentation for all patients. The emergency department providers utilize the Dragon Medical dictation system. The hospitals EMR system is a Cerner product; therefore, it is easy to access ED patients past medical records.
The ARMC satellite emergency department in Hammonton is staffed with an emergency physician 24 hours daily. 15,500 annual ED visits.
